Domaine de Candé is open from April 1 to November 1, 2020.

Following the Coronavirus epidemic, the hours have been changed for the 2020 season. The shop and the park are open at the following times,

the castle remains closed.

From 01 April to 30 June: Wednesday to Sunday and public holidays
Château and boutique> 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Park> 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

JULY AUGUST

July 1 to August 31: Wednesday to Sunday and public holidays
Castle, shop and park> 10:30 am to 7 pm

Exceptional closure: from 06 to 14 July inclusive
The Domaine de Candé opens its doors for the Terres du Son festival from July 10 to 12 (Shop and castle closed).

SEPTEMBER

From September 1 to September 30: Wednesday to Sunday and public holidays
Château and boutique> 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Park> 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

OCTOBER

October 1 to 30: Wednesday to Sunday and public holidays
Château and boutique> 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Park open> 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

From November to March, the Domaine welcomes you only by reservation, during its events (see our agenda) and for group or school visits.

GETTING HERE:

By car:

A10 motorway: exit 24.1, Sorigny-Montbazon / Sorigny-Monts
A85 motorway from Angers/Saumur: exit 9, Monts
A85 motorway from Bourges/Vierzon: Exit 10, Chambray-lès-Tours – St Avertin. Follow Chambray-lès-Tours, then Montbazon (D910) and finally take D87 towards Domaine de Candé (Candé Estate).

From Tours:
D910: follow Monts and then take the D87 towards Domaine de Candé (Candé Estate)
Tours ring road: follow Monts

By bus:

The “Fil Vert” Touraine bus network serves the town of Monts via line I/Tours-Saché. Get off at “la horaie”, at the foot of the estate.

By train:

A TER line serves the Monts railway station from the city of Tour. You can then take the “Fil Vert” Touraine bus, line I/Tours-Saché and get off at “la horaie”, at the foot of the castle or walk (25 min).
